Description
Pour this over a mountain of ice, top it with tonic, and you've basically got a gin-and-lemonade that wears a suit. The lemon and lime hit first, bright and a little cheeky, then the juniper rolls in underneath so it still tastes like a proper gin and not a soft drink. At a soft 35% it's easy company for a long evening, the bottle you crack when the sun's going down and nobody wants to think too hard about the pour.
Taste notes
Nose is all citrus peel, fresh lemon zest with a green lime snap behind it. First sip is juicy and zesty, like squeezing a wedge of both into your glass, then the juniper and the rest of the seven botanicals settle it down so it finishes clean and gin-y, not sweet. It's smooth rather than sharp, which makes sense given they filter it seven times. Think of it as gin that already brought the citrus to the party.
